It features a 6061-T6 forged aluminum shell with 6901 bearings and a 4130 CroMoly axle paired with stainless steel cones. The cones and bolt caps have aggressive knurling to reduce slippage. The hub is compatible with a 10x1 threaded 135mm axle and uses a standard 1.37" x 24 TPI threaded cassette body. It accommodates fixed or freewheel setups. The axle system is quick release and bolt-on compatible; stainless 6mm bolts are included, but the quick release skewer is not. The new axle and cone design uses a shouldered axle for maintenance-free adjustment and easy servicing. The spoke interface is J-Bend, with flange diameters of 54mm on both sides and center-to-flange distances of 37.5mm on the left and 38.5mm on the right. The hub weighs 337 grams.

Threaded rear hub designed for 135mm spacing and 32-hole drilling, compatible with rim brake setups.

Constructed with a 6061-T6 forged hub shell and 4130 CroMoly axle for strength and durability.

Features 6901 bearings and stainless steel cones with aggressive knurling to reduce slippage.

Axle design supports both quick release and bolt-on compatibility, with stainless 6mm bolts included.

Black hub weighs 337 grams and uses a fixed/free cassette body with 1.37" x 24tpi threading.

https://tecopecosafe.com/products/surly-ultra-new-non-disc-rear-hub-32-hole-rim-brake-threaded-standard-hu0843-bicycle-rear-hub
