It provides maximum stopping power with smooth lever action for natural control. The Tech 4 Evo lever features adjustable reach and bite point, with a new cam design that reduces free lever stroke while maintaining modulation in the braking zone.

The brake includes exchangeable EVO lever blades with an increased hook for improved control and a dimpled contact area for comfort without losing grip. A bleed port on the master cylinder allows bleeding without removing the lid. The one-piece 4-piston caliper has pistons that are 6% larger than the previous V4 model.

This kit includes a lever assembly, a pre-bled black hose with stainless fittings, and a 74mm post-mount caliper. The standard hose is black plastic, with an option to upgrade to braided stainless steel using part HT-1050. The brake lines come cut to general front/rear lengths but do not include extra fittings for trimming or internal routing; these fittings (HT-1035, HT-1036, HT-1037/8) must be purchased separately. The brake is not compatible with vented rotors. Rotors and adapters are sold separately.

Specifications:

- Kit: Right/Rear

- Hydraulic Fluid Type: DOT

- Color: Black/Smoke

- Model Name: Tech 4 Evo GR4

- Caliper: Post Mount 74mm

- Rotor: Sold separately

Four-piston gravity disc brake designed for demanding applications and recommended for gravity and e-bike use.

Features super-smooth lever action with reach and bite point adjustments for precise control.

One-piece 74mm post mount caliper with 6% larger pistons than the V4 model.

Includes lever assembly, pre-bled black hose with stainless fittings, and 74mm caliper.

Compatible with DOT hydraulic fluid; not compatible with vented rotors; rotors and adapters sold separately.
