The Tech 4 Evo lever offers adjustable reach and bite point, featuring a new cam design that reduces free lever stroke while maintaining effective modulation. The exchangeable EVO lever blades have a deeper hook for better control and a dimpled contact area for improved comfort without losing grip. A bleed port on the master cylinder allows bleeding without removing the lid. The one-piece caliper has pistons that are 6% larger than those in the previous V4 model. This kit includes the lever assembly, a pre-bled black hose with stainless steel fittings, and a 74mm post mount caliper. The black plastic hose is standard, with an optional upgrade to a braided stainless steel hose available (HT-1050). The brake lines are cut to a general front\/rear length and do not include extra fittings needed for trimming or internal routing; these fittings (olive, insert, and copper washer) must be purchased separately (HT-1035, HT-1036, HT-1037\/8). Note that this brake is not compatible with vented rotors. Rotors and adapters are sold separately.
