It features a four-piston post-mount caliper that delivers maximum braking power with smooth, natural lever action. The brake lever includes an increased hook for improved control during aggressive riding and a new dimple design to enhance comfort and grip in all weather conditions. A redesigned cam reduces free lever stroke while maintaining braking feel and modulation.

The caliper has a one-piece design for optimal stiffness-to-weight ratio, improving lever feel and power, and uses larger pistons for increased braking force. It includes a roller bearing main pivot and two guide bushings to ensure smooth piston movement. The bore cap design reduces caliper width for better frame compatibility, and the adjustment range accommodates various third-party hubs and frames. Bleeding is simplified with a port on the master cylinder body that allows fluid changes without removing the lid.

Additional details: this set uses DOT hydraulic fluid, comes with organic brake pads, offers adjustable reach and contact point, and is finished in black/smoke. Note that the GR4 caliper is not compatible with vented rotors and does not include a rotor.

Right-hand hydraulic brake lever and caliper set designed for post mount installation.

Features four pistons for maximum braking power in demanding gravity and e-bike use.

Includes a braided hydraulic hose and uses DOT hydraulic fluid for reliable performance.

Adjustable reach and contact point for customizable lever feel and control.

One-piece caliper construction offers high stiffness, improved lever feel, and increased power.

https://tecopecosafe.com/products/hope-evo-gr4-gravity-disc-brake-lever-set-disc-brake-lever-dbkl0696-mtb-flat-bar-disc-brakes
