It features a post mount, four-piston caliper with a braided hydraulic hose in black. The brake lever uses DOT fluid and offers adjustable reach and contact point for a personalized fit.

The GR4 delivers powerful braking with smooth lever action, thanks to a roller bearing main pivot and guide bushings that ensure the pistons move smoothly and straight. Its one-piece caliper design balances stiffness and weight, enhancing lever feel and braking power. Larger pistons increase braking force, while a new cam design reduces free lever stroke without sacrificing modulation.

Additional features include an increased lever hook for better control during aggressive riding, a dimpled lever for improved comfort and grip in all conditions, and a new bore cap design that makes the caliper more compact for improved frame compatibility. The brake also has a larger adjustment range to fit various hubs and frames, and a bleed port on the master cylinder allows bleeding without removing the lid.

Note: This brake set does not include a rotor and is not compatible with vented rotors.
